Summary: Architected enterprise social media framework for franchise chain Tide Dry Cleaners, a Proctor & Gamble company.

Problem: With only a single Facebook page and Twitter profile for its entire chain of stores in a dozen markets, Tide Dry Cleaners needed a social/digital strategy that would enable it to digitally extend its excellent in-store service.

Solution: Developed phased approach to ramping up enterprise-level use of social and digital media, including website, email, social and customer review sites, along with a plan for monitoring and maintaining the system in a client/agency context.
